this is my updated mais con yelo. you can find the old version here. there's not a big change though, just want to update it since i liked this better.i placed cream style corn 3/4 of the glass. you can also use corn kernel since it's nice to have some pieces to bite. then pour over some fresh milk. instead of fresh milk, you can also use evaporated milk. then put a lot of crushed ice. same thing as before, i used hammer to crush my ice cubes. (huh... i better buy a blender that would crush ice... hehehe...) then top with cornflakes for some crunch.
very soothing during hot weather.
