this is a simple dish and took me no less than 30 minutes to prepare and cook since there are lesser ingredients involved... the lesser the better.
this recipe makes 3-4 servings.
ingredients:
1 cup pork, sliced thinly
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 onion, sliced
1 tbsp. ginger, sliced
1/3 cup button mushroom, chopped
1-1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water
salt and pepper
2 tbsp. oil
procedure:
brown the pork in 1 tbsp. oil and season with salt and pepper. drain and set aside.
add the remaining oil in a wok and saute garlic, onion and ginger. stir-fry until fragrant.
add the mushroom and pork. then add the broccoli and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
blend the cornstarch with the water and pour over the wok. continue stirring until lightly thickened. season with salt and pepper.
cover for another 2 minutes then turn off the heat.
