grilled pineapple with cream and roasted cashew

wondering what grilled pineapple tastes like... so, i gril a couple over a griddle just until the marks appear. then topped it with all-purpose cream with a little lemon and roated cashew nuts. the grilled pineapple tasted a little sweet and the acidic taste was gone and the roated cashew was just right with the pineapple and cream. this was a healthy snack and i kinda enjoyed it.
